I promised myself that I'll be active everyday. My story started 2 years ago when I was overweight for the first time in my life. My weight was then 74 kg, 2 and a half more stones than now. I have decided that I had to make an important change in my life otherwise my weight could go wrong even more. I knew exactly what was the issue, it was my lifestyle. My lifestyle turned into 10 hours spent in front of a computer screen, junk food and less then 20 minutes moderate activity a day. I was eating a lot to be able to cope with the stress.
